AMAROK- s/t

So... yes this is my band but i gotta take advantage of the readers I have here and promote my band!
This is our first proper release (self released) that comes in a digipack CD case with 3 Doom influenced tracks clocking in at almost an hour.Killer Artwork was done by my fellow friend and 1 of two Guitarists (me on the other one.. ha!) Jeremy Golden. Go give us a listen and tell us what you think. COUGH-Ritual Abuse

Cant wait to have this in my hands, One of my fav. modern doom bands right now. From the clips I heard you can expect something a little more fresh from Cough as I've heard some tasteful "singing" going on in this release. Available many places (VINYL/CD) but RELAPSE is who released this one. Congrats to these dudes on that recent signing on their upcoming U.S. tour coming to a city near you, and lucky me because my band AMAROK will have the pleasure to play 3 west coast dates with these guys coming up late November/December. Go check the tour dates. IF you come out to the Chico, Portland or Seattle shows be sure to come say whats up and tell me you read Obsidian Grave!!! Meanwhile, go order the new Cough album, find some freshly harvested herbs (pref. some Californian ones!)

Seriously? Holy shit!! This new release is amazing... While on the HELLHAMMER subject today, this is Tom G. Warrior's new band! Triptykon Has a "new" edge but is of course in the "RAW and PRIMITIVE" fashion that Tom G. does best! Check this out. Triptykon is on tour in the states now so go check them out in a city near you. This release came out yesterday and is available Worldwide just about anywhere.

INQUISITION- Into The Infernal Regions Of The Ancient Cult

My favorite Black Metal right now... very reminiscent of the early 90's movement going on overseas... The vocals may turn some people off because of the lack of growling which i think sounds even more brutal if you do it the right way and tastefully.Very different and evil as fuck!!! This release (remastered version) especially,  is hypnotic, spacey, atmospheric and heavy. Personally I hear a lot of doomy passages involved in this album.

This band is fucking heavy, out of Salem OR. I've been listening to this release alot lately. dark neofolk, cascadian black metal, and extreme doom metal. More DOOM than anything if you ask me.... still available. Also i believe there will be a vinyl release as well.. keep them peeled...
